Surfs up big Friday!

Well kanakas and wahines better wax up those boards, and call in sick on Friday! The "Magicseaweed.com" surf forecast is calling for epic 12 to 14 foot waves for Blue mountain mid day this coming Friday. It is also showing 6 to 10 foot for Pensacola, and 7 to 11 foot for Panama City beach.
I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP!

NOAA is calling for 9 to 12 foot waves on Friday.
So when those waves hit the sand bars it could get very ugly! Best to stay off the beach on Friday!

Someone needs to tell the tourists, gonna be a lot of sirens if this comes to fruition.

I looked it up and this seems to be legit. I have no idea what would bring such big waves to Blue Mountain. I will have popcorn handy.

Maybe be the wind? I'm seeing a forecast of 24mph. Latest GFS model run doesn't show anything tropical this week. Just looks like a regular storm to me.

I thought maybe it was a glitch in their forecast system. Yet it is still showing 10 to 12 foot for Friday.
I'll be on the bluff with a flotation device, a full cooler, to watch this event. The rips are going to be insane!
