I am a low key, professional female. I am looking for a small 1 bedroom, a room, garage apt, studio, or in law quarters. I prefer all utilities included and need it to be around $800, give it take. I am a photographer as well and would trade some off rent for real estate photos, or photo shoots. I am also willing to maintain yards, clean, etc for reduced rent.
