Good morning Keleigh! I would need a local reference, and a little more information, but if everything checks out, the security deposit is all that is necessary to secure the rental. There is someone in the apartment until the end of April which is why it wouldn't be move-in ready until May 9. It is a year lease for 1 person only and no pets. If all this sounds okay to you, I can work out a time for you to view the apartment with the current renter.
