I understand there have been some new stores that have opened at Grand Isle in Seagrove. Can anyone provide me with the list of the current stores as well as the ones that have left?

The only new place is Flip Flops Grill, which moved into Larder's space. I don't know what's going into the old Cowgirl Kitchen, which moved to Rosemary Beach.
The others are Design on the Gulf, Amavida, Bella Flora.
If you like a good cup of coffee (your signature line), then you should be familiar with Amavida.

...and yes, I am very familiar with Amavida. My family and I will be staying across the street in the "Heart of Seagrove" house from June 7-13. I'm sure I'll be getting my fill.
I've been reading up on Flip Flops from the board and can't wait to grab a burger. I was more curious to find out what's happening with Cowgirl Kitchen.
I heard that a wine place was going in the old Cowgirl Kitchen spot.
Nikki has reopened in Rosemary. They serve lunch and dinner, as well has having the take-out cooler. Good stuff.
Interesting..... I guess she thought she would do better within a community like Rosemary instead of just along 30-A. I know she was trying to sell the concept, but I guess she changed her mind.
