with warm bacon dressing, mango, mushrooms, &
blue cheese

award winning gumbo
with chicken & andouille
second course
(choice of)
potato crusted grouper
with sweet onions, peppers, slow cooked greens
and citrus caper sauce

new york strip loin au poivre
with sweet potato mash, braised napa cabbage and baby greens
sweet finish
warm flourless chocolate cake
with vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce

new orleans style bread pudding
with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream

Hubby is just craving Stinky's. I think that if he is able after major surgery last week, we might just drive down for a few nights and hit Stinky's. He has no appetite. But he wants Stinky's!
