Celebrate Sandestin Holiday Lights with a Sparkling Wine Holiday Dinner Cruise
The holiday season in the SoWal area is magical as the community comes to life with many festive events. There’s no better way to celebrate the kick off of the holiday season in the SoWal area than on a yacht with wine, food, live music and an unparalleled ambiance. Join us on Friday, November 15th as we kick off Sandestin’s “Evening of Sparkling Wine and Holiday Lights” the night before with a special Sparkling Wine Holiday Dinner Cruise. Patrons will indulge in four eclectic courses, each expertly paired with sparkling wines while cruising the local waters and listening to live music.
The evening begins with a Dockside Reception at 6:45 pm at the Village of Baytowne Marina. Come aboard the 125′ SOLARIS Yacht and enjoy all three indoor and outdoor decks. The welcome reception starts with a Spanish flair as guests enjoy Pork Barbacoa Empanadas with Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions and Seasame Ahi Tuna garnished with Pineapple Salsa while sipping on Rey De Copas, a savory Spanish Wine.
At 7:15 pm, the SOLARIS Yacht will cruise into the open waters as patrons enjoy the sparkling lights and sweeping coastlines. The second course is a Vicyssoise Soup, a traditional Potato and Leak soup, perfectly paired with La Marco Prosecco. The main course is a Braised Short Rib and Chilean Sea Bass with Cajun Corn Maque Choux, Baby Carrots and Champagne Creme Sauce. Our chefs are pairing the main course with the one and only Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.
As guests enjoy live music and a relaxing atmosphere, the dessert course will be served which is a Chocolate Lava Cake with Cranberry Rose Comote and a Luc Belaire Rare Rose Wine. Guests can dance the night away to live music from the first deck dancefloor or dance under the stars on the open air sky deck.
