Unit is fully furnished and all utilities are included - this includes fiber internet! The apartment set up is ideal for roommates, a couple, or a small family. The 2 bedrooms are equal in size and both have newer carpet, an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and juliet balcony. There's a florida room which works great as an office, or can host guests on the built-in queen murphy bed. Kitchen was recently updated and boasts plenty of storage and counter space.
Location is in Seagrove between 395 and Tom Thumb. Our house is straight up the street from the beach (about 4 blocks). It is an easy walk or quick bike ride. We have a dedicated neighborhood beach access with a small parking lot, as well as a county access 2 blocks over. No issues with private beaches here. There's also a path at the other end of our street connecting to the trails of Point Washington State Forest. You can even take one of the trails to walk or bike to Watercolor Publix.
