Shady oaks in Panama City?

Does anyone know if this business, under new ownership, is still as funky as it was? On 15th St. in PC. Sells plants, and unusual yard art. Friends coming and maybe a good destination for activity.

You mean the place that sells all the concrete statues? They've changed hands several times over the years, but it's always stayed pretty much the same.

My husband and I go there every year, we bought something last year and two things the year before when under the ownership of a man that had owned it for over 20 years, a woman bought it and took it over last year. But it is not on 15th St., it is at 98 and Michigan Ave., 3706 W. Highway 98 is the address. My husband and I love the place, we have been 3 or 4 times and plan on going this year. If you will look in my member photo gallery you will see pictures of it.

Will have to plan a trip over to catch up. I had a Florida Master Naturalist class with the previous owner. He and his family care very much about the environment and history of Panama City and surrounding area. I'd bet he took some care in who he sold property to. They at least have a strong legacy of being good citizens behind them.
