Hello, I am looking for our own personal Concierge/Assistant (rather than a Concierge Service/Business) to meet our guests at our luxury condos in Destin (Scenic Highway 98 and Crystal Beach areas). Where is the best place to advertise for this kind of position. I put a job post in Craigslist...but wondering if there is another option? Is there a Destin Classifieds? I realize this is a 30a forum, but in he event anyone reading this lives in Destin and is interested..here is job description:

Concierge/Manager Assistant (Destin)
Seeking Concierge to meet and greet renters at Luxury Condo (Destin, Florida)
We have 3 luxury condos in Destin, FL (Scenic Highway 98/Crystal Beach area) that we self -manage and we are seeking a Concierge/Manager Assistant to meet and greet our renters on a weekly basis --generally every Saturday.

!! Please note, this is NOT a full time position.

Approximately 5-20 hours a week as needed
Can offer closer to 10-20 hours/week if interested in answering email and phone inquiries from your home. Must own your own computer with internet.

$25.00 Flat Fee per visit for tasks related to Guest Checkin ON SATURDAY
10.00-12.00/hour for other misc. jobs for owner
15.00-20.00/hour for jobs requested by renters (ie. grocery shopping, crib setup, babysitting and other concierge type tasks etc)

Check-in starts at 4pm on Saturday, so you would need to be available from 4pm on on Saturdays through till the evening and on an on-call basis at other times during the week.

Experience in Hospitality preferred with prior face to face customer interaction. Must be: detail oriented, computer literate, responsible, flexible, friendly, reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities include:


Prior to Guest Arrival each week:
Pre Arrival Services such as Grocery shopping, Baby furniture rental, setting up trips/appts for guests
Inventory check, key counts and cleaning inspections prior to guest arrival
Organize cupboards and closets
Check for Damage from previous renter
Make sure TV, Internet, lights all in working order

At point of Guest Arrival:
Meet renters at the condo
Give renters a tour of the condo
Show renters how to use TV's and thermostats, garbage shoots, key cards etc
Give Renters recommendations on things to do, where to eat etc


OTHER:
Misc. Errands for Owner
Facilitating maintenance issues, cable issues etc-meeting repair men at condo as needed
Assist in Renter Emergencies- on call basis
Keeping track and Shopping for supplies
Reporting status, issues and hours worked to owner
Lite cleaning as needed
Possible additional work available: responding to renter inquiries, bookings, sending contracts, maintaining specials, maintaining websites, assist owner as needed** lite handyman skills a plus

Requirements:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and be friendly in nature
Must be available on Saturdays on an on-call basis to meet renters at any time and be flexible other days
Understands technology~ how to work remotes,thermostats,internet etc.
Computer literate Microsoft office programs-Word, Excel
Must dress professionally to meet guests
Previous Concierge or Hospitality experience a plus!
