Hello Greg and Jerilyn,

We are a hardwood flooring installation and refinishing company. We work with Home and Property Management companies like yours as vendors when a home that you manage needs the hardwood floors refinished, repaired or replaced. Also, if a home is being remodeled and old carpet or tile needs to be removed and new hardwood floors installed!

We have worked with custom builders in the communities along 30A, Sandestin, Destin, Pensicola, Panama City Beach etc. for over five years. New homes and renovations, anything to do with hardwood floors. We can provide the wood or if the customer has a good source, we will do the installation and finishing.
