Rosemary Beach Retail manages five retail stores in the Rosemary Beach community. The following locations have seasonal openings: Bombora Sun & Surf, Gigi's Fabulous Kids' Fashion and Fun, Stellar, Rosemary Beach Collection, and Rosemary Beach Trading Company. They are fast-paced, high-energy retail stores in the Rosemary Beach community. We are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and are looking to hire seasonal retail sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
• Advise customers by providing information on products
• Increase sales by suggesting add-ons
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and credit cards
• Assisting with stock when delivered, pricing & restock shelves when necessary
• Help keep back counter, fitting rooms & stock area neat/clean

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays
• Strong sense of pride and responsibility
• Retail experience a plus, but not necessary we will train the right candidate

We are conveniently located at the east end of Hwy 30A in the heart of Rosemary Beach.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus summer bonus.
