Seaside Rep Interns in "Internally Brilliant" Aug. 12-13!

It's that time of year- you saw the interns working their tails off on 5 shows this summer- on stage, behind stage, tech, loading, unloading, at the sound board board, at their other "real" jobs around town- whew! Now they get their own show!

"Internally Brilliant" runs THIS Friday and Saturday, August 12th and 13th, at 7:30 at the Seaside Meeting Hall Theatre. The show runs one hour, and tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and are available at the door only. All proceeds go to the Rep Intern program, which provides high school and college students the opportunity to intern for a professional theatre.

Please come out this weekend and support these amazing and talented interns! We are so thankful for their dedication and hard work.

Bump! Shows are this weekend! Many of you know that the local student talent is great- come see them in action! This is the final bow for 2 of the interns- Lucy Livingston, who is off to NYU to study theatre, and our son WIll, who leaves for University of Florida next week!

Best ticket in town for tonight hands down. As always, we were blown away by the interns' talents! They are funny, musical, and dramatic, and the chosen selections are diverse and very entertaining. I loved that some pieces were very "edgy" and reminded me that some of them are not kids anymore, but very talented and mature young adults. The Q&A after was just as fun as the show, with a few bittersweet tears thrown in-

We will pack'em in tonight, so I would be at the theatre at 7 when the doors open to get a seat. SoWal has much to be proud of with this group of interns and the Rep intern program.
