SWGB makes it sound a little worse than perhaps he should. There was a change in ownership (a few years ago now), but SotB has always been a reputable company--I worked for them for many years, although that was quite a while ago...
If they have property that you're interested in renting, I would suggest calling and speaking to one of their reservationists and asking some questions, and just see how you feel about their responses. There are lots of terrific rental companies in the area, it really boils down to whether they can provide the property that you are looking for, and do it with a smile.
