The first item I have is a Samantha Shelf Unit which has only been used in showing a model home it has an antique white color on it has all hardware included. This unit retails at $299 but has also just been reduced to $239, the 3 Seagrass Baskets are sold separately at $105 I need to get space back into the shop and willing to let go for $275 OBO
The Next Items are also from the Samantha Modular Cabinets and they are a Bench & Shelf combo (painted and antiqued) and has only been used in a model home as with the item before all hardware is included.
This items together retail for $679 but have recently been reduced to $543, the 3 Seagrass Baskets go for $134, the Bench Cushion with the Sunbrella with stripe retails for $169, thats $846 not including the custom paint job. I am willing to let these items go for $650 OBO
As said before I need space back in the shop so the faster these go the better this item is available for pickup just a couple miles west of 331 near caring and sharing or delivery with a fee of $50 minimum
