Candidates must possess the following skills, abilities and requirements:
· Excellent Client Service skills
· Ability to recognize and execute selling opportunities
· Ability and willingness to operate point of sale and run register
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
· Ability to take initiative to complete tasks and solve problems
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to work independently, manage time and prioritize
· Must be available to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
Additionally, retail store manager candidates must have at least 5 years management experience and 2 years buying experience.
