Located right next to Eden Garden state park and a 10 minute drive to the beach. Rent is $900 and includes all utilities. The neighborhood is still small and in development, but there is a community pool.
I am a 24 year old female and work a few days a week from home. Ideally, I am looking for a young professional (female or male) that is CLEAN and laid back. Currently, I live in the home with my dog, Tatum, who does not shed. He is a sweet Boxer/Bulldog mix and loves to cuddle. Unfortunately I cannot allow any more pets into the house.
