Hello everyone, I’m currently in need of a new place to stay but as I’m sure you all know it is tough to find an affordable living space in the area. I’m looking to get as close to the central Santa Rosa Beach area as I can as I’m working at Louis Louis and would prefer to be as close as possible for a seamless work commute. I am however willing to consider places in somewhat close proximity like Panama City Beach or Freeport. The most I’m trying to pay for splitting rent on a 2-3 bd would be $1,200 so I’d be able to split a $2,400 a month property at the most (for a 2bd). My max budget for renting a room is $1,000 but I may be flexible depending on what opportunities I get.

I’m an 18 year old in the service industry and have been working restaurants in the area since I was 15. I am an ambitious music artist, creative, and overall easy going respectful individual. Love to stay fit, I try to make it into the gym as much as I can and maintain a healthy diet. I’m a spiritual guy who strives for positivity and fun fruitful experiences. Please note that I plan on getting my Medical Marijuana license in the near future (all medicine will obviously be consumed outdoors). Ive always wanted a cat but my previous place was too small to keep one, so I’d prefer a pet friendly rental but that is not a deciding factor whatsoever just worth noting. I am currently renting a $1,200 property with a roommate but it’s simply too small for two people to live in and at this point I’d prefer to pay a little more for the comfort, as well as my current roommate isn’t able to hold a job and his situation doesn’t seem to sustainable to be surrounded by in the long term which is why I’ve ultimately decided to seek other options.
