Summary
Manages and coordinates activities of Assistant Managers, Full-time and Part-time sales associates and interns in four different retail stores. Hires and motivates staff to achieve a high level of customer service and maximize sales. Trains workers in store policies, procedures, and job duties.Prepares sales and inventory reports. Plans department layout or merchandise or advertising display. Achieve budgeted revenue goals while maintaining expenses. Monitors payroll daily and weekly. Does the physical inventory on quarterly basis. Assist the Director of Retail with purchasing retail merchandise for each retail location.
Must have the following:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or five to seven years of Retail Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
