Misc Replat of land-looking for survey/engineer company

We are breaking our land into 2 lots and need help with the county and replat of land. Any recommendations of a company that has done this before? Thanks for your help.

Contact planning first and talk to them. Why spend a ton of money on a lawyer if the lot can't be split?
