Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or want to become one? We would like to speak with you.
What is an RBT? Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are therapists that work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and directly implement an ABA treatment plan designed and guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). As an RBT you will help children acquire new skills and work toward the goals of building communication, social interactions problem-solving and adaptive living skills.
Becoming an RBT: Does the role of an RBT sound like something you want to take on, but you’re concerned you don’t have the right qualifications? We provide complimentary on-the-job training for our ABA therapists to become licensed RBTs. The 40-hour course, RBT® Competency Assessment and RBT® exam – which we pay for! – can all be completed in a matter of five weeks or less.
