After some preperation, I am finally ready to unveil my serices to the 30-A, Sandestin and Destin areas. No redneckery here, just quality work from a Southern born, Christian family.


Redneck Riviera Property Services may be a new business, but we are eager to please with a job done right the first time. We strive to be a full service provider. We offer a variety of services to vacation renters as well as property owners/managers:

Smaller Scale Landscaping - Flower bed design, tree and shrub removal or planting, trimming and hedging, maintenance such as weeding and fertilzing, clean up (leaves, branches, ect)

Clean up - We will clean up your yard and remove unwanted items from the property

Pets- If you have any outdoor pets, we will care for them during your absence (feeding, watering, affection)

General Maintenance- Changing lightbulbs, changing AC filters, basic repairs around the house

Pressure Washing - we can pressure wash your driveway, deck, porch or property as needed

Cleaning- My wife owns A Girl and a Bucket Cleaning Services. She is very reliable and has many happy customers in the area. If your property is dirty on the inside, she can help you out!

I am hardly an expert on this, but you might want to reconsider your company name. I'm fairly sure that the "redneck riviera" moniker is one we'd rather not highlight, and perhaps fails to denote the quality of services I'm sure you provide.

I do wish you luck in your new venture. I have great respect anyone courageous and resourceful enough to start their own business.

is your business focusing on the panama city area or sowal? the business name is just not doing it for me. For instance if i were looking for the type of services that you are offering and saw the name Redneck Riviera in the yellow pages, I wouldn't call.

Name Change

Hi all,

Thanks so much for the responses. I spent the weekend thinking about a name change. After much thought, I believe that I'll keep it simple. I am officially changing the name to Allen Property Services. I am submitting a doing business as form to the state of Florida tonight to make it official. The original name seemed like a good idea last week but after feedback and thought, it wasn't! Thanks again everyone and I'll start a new thread with the new name!

Your name is not appropriate for our area. It is not reflective of the unique and beautiful community and environment we have in SoWal. That term might have been generated by uninformed, jealous East and South Floridians or a resident from another state. SoWal, the heart of Northwest Florida and the Emerald Coast, has a fantastic past of brilliant minds and superior cultural activities. It has an equally brilliant present and future.
