Originally a small fishing village on the Mediterranean, Nerja is still beloved for its traditional Andalusian atmosphere and charm. Located directly on the beach, this jewel of the Costa del Sol enjoys 300 sunny days per year and is home to beautiful sandy coves, mountain views and also the Balcon de Europa (Balcony of Europe) – an ancient promenade overlooking the sea.
Nerja’s old quarter continues to charm, with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses and flowered terraces. Intimate tapas bars and restaurants thrive during the tourist season culminating with flamenco shows in the evening – particularly romantic when accessed by the popular local horse-drawn carriages.

Redfish Village is located at the corner of scenic Hwy 30A and Hwy 83. Events will be held every Friday evening throughout the summer at 5:30pm on the Redfish Village Green.
