Stinky's Bait Shack next to Stinky's Fish Camp on the west end on Scenic 30A sells the "real" chairs and umbrellas. The kind that last a lifetime that the pros use.

you can buy them online as several vendors who cater to beach chair vendors are in south fla. i looked a few yrs ago and as i remember and umbrella with 2 chairs and foot rests was like $350-$400. but remember if you're more than a few min;s walk to the beach they're very heavy and ackward to transport everything so i backed away from the idea
