Experienced Supporting a team? Organized and efficient? The Shelby Rochester Group, a small team within The Premier Property Group, is looking for a dependable, motivated, self-starter to join our dynamic and fast-growing Real Estate team along 30A.
Our Ideal candidate will be a high energy, self-starter with abilities to WORK CONSISTENTLY, INDEPENDENTLY, FOLLOW PROCESSES AND BE HIGHLY ORGANIZED FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY.
The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, performs quality work at a fast pace, is capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and possesses professional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the real estate field is preferred but not required. Attention to detail is a must. A valid FL real estate license is a plus. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and may include opportunities to earn additional performance-based pay. Duties will include managing calendars and lead generation systems, marketing follow up, tracking and measuring processes, business procedures/social media marketing, and most importantly keeping the team on track to increase business.
Required Software and social media skills:
Hourly + performance based bonus.
