I was going to suggest any law office, someone in the business office at the hospital, and I would think some of the realtors' offices would have a notary.
For future reference, most of the employees in the Clerk of Court's office at the South Walton Annex are notaries and they currently do not charge for notary service. Of course, that is subject to change, but there are no plans that I know of to begin charging at this time.
