UPS, over by Publix- It's the fastest I've found- they charge $5.00 (I think), open until 6:00.
She can try the bank as well.

For future reference, the banks and court house annex both have notaries, and they typically do not charge.

For future reference, most of the employees in the Clerk of Court's office at the South Walton Annex are notaries and they currently do not charge for notary service. Of course, that is subject to change, but there are no plans that I know of to begin charging at this time.
