We did have a great thing on the first seminar we offered last month. 17 people participated. Here is a link to a news article about tai-chi that is impressive.

Honey Badger,

You have been briningg health and healing to our 30a area for many, many years. As a matter of fact, you and Rach were probably the first ones to show the folks of 30a its not all about partying. I just wanted to say, Thank you. It has gone noticed by many. You rock! Keep it up and I hear your Qigong classes are life changing!

Honey Badger,

You have been briningg health and healing to our 30a area for many, many years. As a matter of fact, you and Rach were probably the first ones to show the folks of 30a its not all about partying. Bobby J. Thank you. It is amazing that we have been involved with bringing a healthy lifestyle to the sowal community for over 17 years now, especially since I just turned 21 (again and Ha). The Honey Badger Martial Arts program is an extension of our beliefs on movement, exercise, breathing and lifestyle choice. It is a great program and one that we are proud of.

There are so many wonderful choices for healthy places to workout, eat, shop ext in sowal now especially on 30a. One can find it easy to fit a healthy lifestyle void of the partying once the decision to get healthy is made. Our friends Karen and Tony at 30A Crossfit, Kelly and Bart at Balance, Paul at Grayton Fitness, Juice Bar Jen at Raw and Juicy, Nikki at Cowgirl, Drew at Tortoise Clinic, Nancy & Craig at Grayton Massage, Peggy at Big Daddy's and so many more with Yoga, stand up paddling, ext and of course For The Health Of It make it easy. It takes people like you to have the desire to get healthy for it to work.

It is a pleasure having so many good people with desire to help others in our community and just to be mentioned is an honor.
