As part of Pure Barre 30A’s two-year anniversary party August 16, studio owner Ashley Singleton is offering free classes throughout the day. Free classes for the celebration are available at 7:15 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat in record-breaking time by using a ballet barre to perform small isometric movements that are set to energizing and motivating music. Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body, and students typically see results in a little as 10 classes.
Celebrating the studio’s anniversary, Singleton and her team of dedicated teachers will share the success with friends and family at the studio from 5-7 p.m., complete with live music from Kyle LaMonica, delicious finger foods, smoothies from Seaside’s famous Raw & Juicy, goodies from For the Health of It, and beer and wine.
There will also be plenty of amazing prizes to giveaway, such as Zoom! Teeth Whitening by Dr. Dennis Lichorwic, gift certificates and other gifts from Dr. Nitin Bawa, and goodies from The Village Boutique in Redfish Village and the Ruskin Place Art District’s Elliott Boutique.
