[FONT=&quot]Hold onto your gold as scallywags search the high seas for a grand treasures and gold.
Weekend fun begins on Friday and continues through Saturday. Festive pirate parade with fabulous floats, masked performers, colorful costumes and a street party all included during Columbus Day Weekend. One night of the weekend, the evening will be capped off with a pirate showdown on the High Seas in a fantastic display of dueling fireworks! Kids will enjoy grabbing up some beach balls as thousands of beach balls fall from the sky.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Pirates and Wenches Adult Costume Contest (6 p.m.) [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Lively music fills the air as contestants dressed in ornate and colorful costumes reminiscent of yore, compete for a handsome reward. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Pet Costume Contest (6 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Scruffy scallywags, pampered pooches and feathered friends take the stage to display their pirate garb in a chance to capture the bounty. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Second Line Parade led by Krewe of Dominique Youx (7 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Mardi Gras style parade led by Dr. Muffala’s 6 Piece Band and the Krewe of Dominique Youx celebrating the weekend of piracy. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Tervis Family Beach Ball Drop (8 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]More than 7,000 inflated beach balls will create a sea of excitement as they fall from the sky onto Pier Park Drive. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Run for the Treasure (8 a.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Landlubbers will stretch their legs at pirate-themed Fun Run Scavenger Hunt, 5K and Half Marathon hosted by Girl’s Inc. of Bay County at Aaron Bessant Park. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Children’s Costume Contest, Treasure Hunt on BookIt.com Beach and Face Painting (noon – 1:30 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Exciting activities and live music on the main stage presented just for petite pirates. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Lookout for pirates in the Gulf of Mexico (2 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The Midnight Princess and Sea Dragon ships sail the waters of the Gulf, battling to lay siege on the city. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Pirates Raid Panama City Beach City Pier (3 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Anchored offshore, the pirates invade City Pier seeking the keys to the city, followed by a children’s pirate parade. All costumed children are welcome to join the march. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Main Pirate Parade (5 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Royal pirates from the Krewe of Dominique Youx strut the streets alongside winners of costume contests and street performers to the Circle for music. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Pirate Movie Screening and Balloon Making (6:15 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Themed movies will be shown and balloon making for visitors of all ages.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]• Dueling Fireworks Show (9 p.m.)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Battle of the High Seas between County and City Piers as a mysterious pirate ship arrives offshore. [/FONT]
