We have an Unfurnished 3bedroom 2 Bathroom home for rent available 10/1/17. It is 1450 sq feet. It is located 3 houses North of Eastern Lake. It is a 10 minute walk from front door to beach. It has a large back deck and an outdoor beach shower. Our home also has a very stout 250 ft storage shed with lighting, electrical and fan. It could be used for storage of beach gear, bicycles, or personal belongings. 3 cars can easily park in the front driveway. Buddy's Seafood Market and Grocery, Old Florida Fish House, Kayak and Bicycle rental are all within a 5 minute walk from our front door. Our rental fee is $2300/month and utilities. We pay for lawn mowing. We are open to dogs on a case by case basis. We charge a one time $300/year fee for any pet living in the home.
