Royal Beach Rentals is a vacation rental company that manages properties along 30-A and is in need of a part time staff accountant for 20-30 hours per week. Duties include accounts payable, bank reconciliations, property work orders, booking charges to guests, guest payments, owner statements and payments, sales taxes, payroll and financial statement preparation. The company uses the HomeAway Escapia software system for its trust accounting with property owners and guests. The company uses QuickBooks for its financial accounting system. Knowledge in these two accounting systems is a plus but is not mandatory.
