Sounds fun. I hope the weather is nice and it is not cold (we will be getting cold here in MS). I think I will try to plan a trip there for the festival.

The Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA) are co-owning and hosting the Panama City Beach Seafood and Music Festival: UNwineD 2012. The event will take place at the Capt. Anderson’s Marina between Capt. Anderson's and Boatyard restaurants on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, until Sunday, October 28, 2012. The five-day festival will celebrate seafood, fishing, culinary arts, music, entertainment, arts and culture in Panama City Beach.

On Friday, October 26, the LoCash Cowboys, from BMI Management, will be the headline performers of the evening. The Jeffrey Steele Band, also from BMI, will hit the stage with an energetic performance on Saturday evening, October 27. On the Festival site, the Luxury Lounge will be the scene for amazing local seafood, not to mention three full bars, from the area’s most desirable restaurants.

Entrance to the festival is FREE. Festival attendees will enjoy food and retail vendors, children’s activities, community performances, and BMI music entertainment. Admission into the Luxury Lounge is $10 per night, where a premier showcase of seafood dishes and drinks are available for purchase, and various demonstrations will be shown.

For a truly “luxurious” experience, VIP access for the Luxury Lounge will run $50 per night or $80 for a two-night pass. All festival and Luxury Lounge benefits apply to VIP access, along with FREE food and wine tastings from 5 PM until 9 PM, and stage-front VIP seating for the BMI music entertainment.

Additional events include Raise Your Spirits, a ticketed VIP wine dinner on Wednesday, October 24, at Captain Anderson’s Restaurant which will benefit the Beach Chamber Education Fund and the FRLA Educational Foundation Bay County ProStart Schools; and a ticketed VIP BMI Songwriter Harbor Cruise aboard the Lady Anderson Dinner Cruise Ship on Thursday, October 25; a Panama City Beach Seafood & Music Festival Fishing Tournament hosted by Capt. Anderson’s Marina on Saturday, October 27; and much more.

Children’s activities and contests, community performances, retail and food vendors will take place on the festival grounds for everyone to enjoy. For more information, please contact the Beach Chamber at 850-235-1159 or visit pcbseafoodfestival.com.
