I have a friend who is a Chiropractor in Atlanta who would like to meet an Orthopedic Surgeon in the area to discuss a possible business partnership in the South Walton/Destin Area.

Better to ask for forgiveness than for permission. Have your friend google the orthos in your desired zip code and start cold calling or showing up at their offices.
