I'm curious of anyone's experience with Beach Technical Auto Repair, in Santa Rosa Beach?
If they are the ones near French Laundry, I have not used them personally but have heard they are good.
I highly recommend them. They've done my service checks for about 3 years now. Good service, they won't say you need things done that don't need doing to jack up a bill, and they charge very reasonable prices.
I have had some really good experiences with them. They are ethical, helpful and just generally kind people who will try their hardest to fix your problem and charge fairly. But mechanical car problems are frequently a conundrum and I haven't brought them any complicated problems yet.
I have used Beach Technical for several years and have been very happy. Based on my experiences, they are competent, timely, honest & just nice people. I definitely recommend them.
I've used them a couple of times. Haven't had any problems, although, it's $85.00/hr, plus tax.

They sound nice, but I prefer the places that charge a set price for services. That hourly stuff can get out of control. I was utterly ripped off a couple of years ago at Jon Jons with some routine maintainence do to their hourly charges. Spent a couple of hundred more then the same work at Firestone. 
The people at Beach Tech have always taken care of us. Luckily only minor problems, tires and oil changes. I like them though. I don't feel like I'm going to be ripped off or they are going to botch anything which is saying a lot, I think. In fact, they just worked on my Mazda today!
