Rosemary Beach Realty is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to provide general office support to our real estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing office facilities, maintaining equipment and managing office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new agents
  • Answering phones, taking messages for agents
  • Updating realty collateral and active listings daily
  • Additional clerical duties as directed by management
Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least two years customer service and administrative experience
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
