We are so excited to open our doors to the Alys Beach community this Friday, October 4. O-Ku celebrates a modern approach to Japanese cuisine through unique ingredients, traditional techniques, and sophisticated presentations. The menu features seasonal small plates and chef specialties, alongside an extensive list of traditional sushi, sashimi, and nigiri

Located across from the luscious green event lawn, The Amphitheatre, in the heart of Alys Beach’s idyllic Town Center, O-Ku Alys Beach’s interiors are bright and airy with light-colored woods and coastal, earthy tones, providing a tranquil and upscale dining environment with exceptional hospitality.

Overlooking the lawn of the Amphitheatre in the heart of Alys Beach’s Town Center, O-Ku celebrates unique ingredients, traditional techniques, and sophisticated presentations through an approachable menu.

The culinary program is led by a local Alys Beach team and renowned Culinary Director, Chef Masatomo “Masa” Hamaya. O-Ku Alys Beach is the second location to open in the Sunshine State, following the opening of the successful Jacksonville Beach location in 2022. Born and raised in Japan, Chef Masa leads the culinary program with an emphasis on tradition, showcasing an authentic approach to Japanese cuisine with the freshest ingredients possible and a strong attention to seasonality.”
