The new one is supposed to be more of a hardware store than a building materials store according to what was discussed at Planning Commission.

It appears the new Ace Home Helpers of Santa Rosa Beach will be owned by Bill Head and Stephen Smith who own Lynn Haven Ace Hardware, Ace Home Helpers in Panama City Beach, and Ace Home and Garden Center in Panama City.

I have shopped at the one in PCB many times and always impressed by inventory and service.
