Need Trailer Hitch Install

I have a hitch to add to my car - how to video looks pretty easy but it's so low to the ground I think ramps or lift is needed - any shade tree mechanics that can do it for me?

Update - none of the corporate palces like Tuffy would do it but Myers Auto on 393 will.
