Need rec for Carpet cleaning (berber) and Upholstery Cleaning please

We've used Chem-Dry in the past & it doesn't seem to work as well on Wool Berber carpet - looking for local recommendations (SRB)

Also - have a fabric couch & loveseat that are well loved (by the dog too) and need to be cleaned.
