Need help finding someone to clear our lot

We have a house in Seacrest Beach. Back yard is full of scrub/brush type vegetation.
Looking for someone to clear it. Two small dead trees need to come down. Yard in front
of the house is fine. Anyone interested or know of anyone doing this kind of work?...Thanks

Don't clear your lot!!!! Keep as much of the natural vegetation as possible. It will hold your yard together in storms and the natural vegetation takes no watering. Saw palmettos can live over 700 years, that means a fantastic root system to give stability to your yard. A lawn is destructive to the environment and the watering will cost you money. Instead, ask for a gardener that can work with the beautiful natural environment that makes SoWal so great instead of turning your yard into something damaging that you can see in Atlanta or Dallas.

I'm not sure if you are in the subdivision of Seacrest Beach but if you are, I'm on the design review board and can share some info with you.

There is a required amount of vegetation that was required as part of your home plan approval. This must remain. You are certainly encouraged to remove weeds in landscaped areas but if you are wanting to remove the natural vegetation , you can get fined and they will make you revegetate it. Your language about "clearing it" and taking down trees is what made me think that you might be wanting to remove something that you can't without approval. I remember a home that wanted to remove 2 palm trees that were dead and they had to replace them.

No worries...just wanting to clean it up a bit..thanks for your concern. Not in anyway, shape or form interested in a lawn!! Maybe sand dunes Will PM Cork and work from there....
