Today, Monday December 11th, we are serving a poussin stuffed with croutons, oil cured tomatoes, and tasso ham served over a sundried tomato creamy polenta with broccolini. We close for lunch at three o'clock and reopen for dinner at five o'clock. Also, we have a new dinner item which is elk loin stuffed with grainy dijon mustard, caramelized onions, and bacon.
