ARTY KICKOFF PARTY
Celebrate 30 years of Festival of the Arts with the people who make it shine: our incredible artists. The 2025 Festival of the Arts Arty Kickoff Party begins at 6pm on Friday, Oct. 24th in the MKAF Cultural Arts Village. Vibe to DJ Josh, savor curated pours from Vinuv, and snack on light bites while mingling in a colorful, artsy crowd.
$50 per person (includes one drink voucher. MKAF members save $20. Proceeds benefit MKAF and its ArtsReach community outreach education initiatives.
Step into the creative process with illustrator Janae Erickson, best known for the Niceville mural, MKAF's 30th anniversary logo, and her role as Sr. Director of Design at Frances Roy Agency. Janae will be illustrating live on the iconic Dugas Stage, bringing her digital art to life in real time.
Celebrating 30 years, the two-day signature event features artists from across the United States will offer up their original artwork in the form of oil, watercolor, acrylic, and glass paintings; photography, sculpture, pottery, wood, paper, fiber, mosaics, mixed media, jewelry designs, and more. The Festival also features a Collaborative Art Exhibit, which showcases select artwork of more than 100 community adult and student artists.
A celebration of art, music, food, and family fun, special features of the Festival include a live music lineup, arts, souvenir posters and t-shirts, and more. Sorry, no pets! Unfortunately, the event venue is not pet friendly. All registered service animals are welcome.
