Is there a Mediacom outage in Seagrove area? We came down yesterday for the first time since the hurricane and had no internet or cable tv, so we called Mediacom support. They said their was not an outage in our area and had me reset box, etc. That didn’t work, so they scheduled a tech to come next Thursday (when, of course, we will be back home in Alabama !). My husband called back this morning to try to reschedule and he was told there is an outage.
