Shhhh! Quiet. I don't want anybody else at the Casa Frog to find out. Our cable bill is already outrageous with 2 digital boxes and 1 HD-DVR.
Ours isn't working in SRB...

Mediacom is unreal. We were upgraded to 'VIP' status:roll: after we moved. I got a voucher for three free on demand movies in the mail last week, a special perk for VIPs...there were three coupons, the catch was that you could only use one coupon per month, they expire the last day of November and I didn't get them until November 10 or so
Call and complain, they may just give you a credit for the 2nd and 3rd one. I called to ask about our DVR today (Cable installed last Friday) and was told it could be an additional 1 to 2 weeks. This because they had to generate a trouble ticket to get me on the list. 
At least if you're mad they are liberal with the credits.

This isn't about OnDemand - but has anyone else had trouble with the TV picture lately? For the last few weeks or more, the picture on some of the channels, cuts out and displays weird, sometimes goes to blue screen, and then goes back to normal. Last night channel 3 was going in and out. For the TV in the family room, we have an HD box. I've replaced it 4 times in the last year. The picture starts to pixelate and freezes and it's time for a new box. Many of the HD channels lately seem to be having trouble with their signal, and it's not due to the bad HD box.
