Maple Street Biscuit Company has a mission to help people, serve others, and be a part of the community. We are looking for team members (both full and part time) to join our Miramar Beach/Sandestin location! No restaurant experience required!
You'll stay very busy.
You'll rarely work a Sunday (only in the case of a special event).
Very few evenings (only in the case of a special event).
You will join a family, not just a group of co-workers.
You will serve graciously.
You will be a team player.
You will help keep the store immaculately clean.
You can grow with the company into leadership positions.
Team Members can: make biscuits (work on those arm muscles and learn a skill you'll be able to use for life), grill and fry items like our awesome hand breaded goat cheese, work the deli (plating our delicious comfort food with a modern twist accurately every time), wash dishes (not a thankless job here- one of the most important roles on the team), be a barista (we know you love those lattes), take orders while romancing our food and welcoming guests into our community store (you're an ambassador, not a cashier), and/or make all of our amazing food (things like housemade sausage gravy and Mac n cheese-yum!).
We are looking for: Dependable, hard workers who want to help us live out our mission. We make two promises: This will be a safe space, where you will never get yelled at or cursed at (and we ask you to promise the same) and you will always go home tired.
