Making Turtle Tracks 5K Fundraiser
Saturday, April 27th | M.B. Miller County Pier
7AM: Check-In + Shirt Pick-Up
8:30AM: Walk/Run Starts
Gulf World Marine Institute (GWMI), along with Panama City Beach Turtle Watch will host the annual Making Turtle Tracks 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser on Saturday, April 27th. Check-in begins at 7AM with the walk/run starting at 8:30AM from the M.B. Miller County Pier.

All proceeds from the event will be directed to sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation efforts at Gulf World Marine Institute.
Participants will walk 2.5 K west towards Bid A Wee Beach, then return back to the County Pier for a total of 5K. Along the way, participants will learn about local sea turtles, shorebirds, marine mammals, and other local coastal wildlife.
Attendees are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles for the event. Water stations will be set up at the turnaround point, as well as at the check-in area. Food will also be available at the end of the 5K.
