Seeking motivated individual willing to work with existing Maintenance Supervisor to maintain community's common property. General community maintenance responsibilities include but are not limited to: pool maintenance, electrical, plumbing, pressure washing, painting, repairing/replacing various items, cleaning, and maintaining community property's appearance. Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus. Position is for 40 hours/week throughout the year. This is NOT a seasonal position.
