Main Street DeFuniak Springs, in partnership with Visit South Walton, will continue its “Music on Main” in May. Taking place every Friday in May from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy a listening room experience at the historic Florida Chautauqua Theatre located at 840 Baldwin Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, 32435.

A native of the northwest Florida panhandle, Anthony Peebles has the gift of an expansive range and tone which goes from pure and soothing to soaring and edgy.
May 14 || West Hine
West was born and raised in Northwest Florida and counts among his inspirations such musicians as Bob Dylan and Wilco. He has an ear for current subtleties but also an ability to reach back to the appeal of the the past. His other inspirations include Hiss Golden Messenger, Dawes, Jason Isbell, Ryan Adams and The National.
May 21 || Longleaf Drive
With an old time bluegrass band vibe, Longleaf Drive loves to improvise over the songs they play so you'll hear some real Florida fresh pickin’. Known for playing many traditional tunes, as well as some classics, their song list ranges from the Grateful Dead to Jimmy Martin, with many stops between, and some originals to top it off.
May 28 || The Wortheys
The Wortheys are a husband and wife duo based out of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Nathan and Brittany began singing together in 2017. They spend most of their time leading the music at their local church but are excited to share their story through the songs that will come from this project.
