I'll be heading in to Louisiana to see my kiddies in the next few days. I'd love to buy them something neat to surprise them with when I arrive.

I know there may be some sales now and recently I bought my daughter a great purse at Bealles. I wonder if anyone knows of a place in Destin or elsewhere where I might find some cool magic tricks for sale. I've seen some things on the Net like disappearing coins etc. but I thought there might be a store that sells some magic supplies around here.

I sure hope so. Also, if anyone has any clues on where there might be some huge sales, I'm game. I love a good bargain and while seeing Daddy will be a great surprise for them, having something in hand is always a memory producer too

Not sure who has magic tricks / supplies. However, we've seen those prank kind of tricks ... squirting flowers, whoopie cushions, that kind of stuff at the Bears @ the Beach store in Seaside. How about the Perpetual Imagination store in Grayton Beach? We've not been there but it sounds like they could have some pretty cool stuff. I was hoping someone was selling a magic purse. The kind always filled with money.
You can also try the toy store in Rosemary Beach. They always have unique items as well.

Perpetual Imagination would definitely be a good bet. It might not be the traditional magic trick, but it could be a cool learning experience.

I'll check Perpetual Imagination out. I don't think I've ever been there. I believe I'm heading into Destin tomorrow for a hair cut. But then again I'm not sure if they said Friday or tomorrow because I thought today was Thursday. I'm so confused. I often forget what day it is.

That's nice.

I am surprised that more stores don't stock good magic trick stuff. It seems like it would sell. My son enjoys magic, like so many of us do. I'd love to get him a good trick that he could perfrom for his friends. Thank you all for your feedback.
