I am currently looking to rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom location in TopSail Village. The total rent is about $3,000/mo, so I would be looking to split that 50/50 to $1,500/mo/person. Also, there would be a security deposit of $500/person. TopSail Village is located near the beginning of 30A, next to the elementary school.
I would be working full time this summer at an engineering firm, and I don't smoke or have any pets. I am a male college student who attends the University of South Florida.
