I really need some help. I’m not one to normally ask, but this situation is dire. I’m in need of a contract/real estate attorney who is willing to work pro Bono or on a contingency. My family and I, have been literally left homeless while paying a mortgage! If I stop paying, I lose my land. I don’t want to get into all the details because there is just so much, but to summarize... I need to file several lawsuits. What has happened has put us out on our butts, home never got completed, no occupancy, they built in the wetlands, survey was wrong, etc. I’ve spent thousands trying to fix their mistakes. My savings is gone. Then Sally came, and we were flooded to where we lost most everything, including all my tools and inventory for my business. So... as you see, no home, no business, no money left.
